A full Certificate of Analysis on every product, accessible via QR code on the package, showing cannabinoid percentages, terpene profile, pesticide testing, heavy-metal testing, microbial testing, and residual-solvent testing for concentrates. The lab signature is on the report, the batch number ties the product to a specific production run, and the COA expires when the product expires.

Regulated child-resistant opaque packaging that meets OCM Part 113 standards. The package locks against opening by anyone under the standardized child-resistance test threshold, the packaging is opaque so the contents are not visible from outside, and the exterior carries no cannabis branding visible during transport.

Place the order online through our menu. Select products, confirm age and address, check out. Payment processes at order placement, debit card on file or cash-due-at-door. The system confirms the address is inside our licensed delivery zone and quotes the window for that zone. The dispatcher routes to either Chelsea or Flatiron based on address and inventory.

A budtender pulls the order on the retail floor. A manager signs the manifest. The driver receives the assignment. The driver texts a pickup-confirmed notice when leaving the store, then an arrival text three to five minutes from your block. At the door, the driver verifies the recipient's 21+ government photo ID, signs the delivery sheet alongside the customer signature, and logs the geotagged handoff in the per-trip manifest. The package transfers. The order closes.

The entire flow is OCM-regulated and trackable from order placement to handoff, with the manifest log retained for the three-year OCM-mandated period.

Debit card and cash. Cashless ATM transactions, which run through the debit network with an at-the-door cash component, also work. Credit cards do not. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover all block licensed cannabis transactions across their networks because cannabis remains Schedule I under the federal Controlled Substances Act and the major card networks decline those transactions to manage federal-banking exposure. This is not a store-level policy. It is a structural feature of every licensed cannabis retailer in the country until federal banking reform passes.

What is the minimum order?

$40 before tax. NYS adult-use tax adds approximately 22 percent at the register, broken into state sales tax and the 13 percent cannabis-specific excise.

What payment methods do you accept?

Debit card, cash, and cashless ATM transactions. Credit cards are not accepted because of federal banking restrictions on cannabis transactions under Schedule I.

How do I know my delivery is licensed?

The receipt carries our OCM license number. The packaging meets OCM Part 113 standards (opaque, child-resistant, sealed). The driver carries an OCM credential and a per-trip manifest. The Alchemy is listed on the OCM public dispensary verification page at cannabis.ny.gov.

What if I am not home when the driver arrives?

OCM Part 124 prohibits leave-at-door for cannabis under any condition. The driver waits five minutes, attempts phone contact, and returns the product if you cannot accept in person. Same-store re-attempt is possible the same evening if before cutoff.

Can a friend or roommate accept the delivery for me?

No. The cardholder must be present at handoff with a government photo ID matching the order name. Another household member cannot accept on the cardholder's behalf because OCM Part 124 requires cardholder signature and ID match.

What if the product has a Certificate of Analysis question?

Every product carries a QR code on the package linking to the third-party lab report showing cannabinoid percentages, terpene profile, and pass marks for pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbials. Ask the driver to point out the QR location at handoff if you have not used a COA scan before.

What if I think I bought from an unlicensed shop in the past?

The OCM publishes a public dispensary verification page at cannabis.ny.gov that lists every licensed adult-use retailer in the state. If a previous purchase came from a shop not on that list, the product was unlicensed and was not tested under NYS Part 130. Going forward, verify before you order from any operator.

Why does the licensed price feel higher than gray-market?

The licensed price includes third-party lab testing, NYS sales tax, the 13 percent cannabis excise, OCM compliance overhead, and the wholesale pricing built around NYS-licensed cultivation costs. Gray-market pricing reflects the absence of all of those.
