How To Order Delivery
Shop the live menu and place your order online. The Chelsea menu is at our Dutchie store /stores/blazinup, and the Flatiron menu is at /stores/the-alchemy-flatiron. Availability, delivery times, fees, and any order minimum show up at checkout, so check there for the current details before you place an order. Because the menu is live, what is in stock changes through the day.
When the delivery arrives, you need to be there in person to receive it. Have your ID ready. New York law sets the minimum age at 21 and requires a valid government photo ID for any adult-use cannabis purchase.

Why A Licensed Dispensary Matters
New York's Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) licenses adult-use retailers, and only licensed shops sell products that have gone through the state's testing and packaging rules. You can confirm whether a retailer is licensed on the state's list at cannabis.ny.gov.
A few things worth knowing under New York law. Adults 21 and older may buy, and a valid government photo ID is required. New York's daily purchase limit is commonly cited as up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower or up to 24 grams of concentrate. New York cannabis taxes are added at checkout. Public consumption broadly follows the same geography as the state's smoking ban, so it is not allowed everywhere.
