How Delivery Works
You order from the live menu, and we bring it to your address in Manhattan. New York law applies to every delivery:
- You must be 21 or older, with a valid government-issued photo ID.
- The ID name should match the order, and the person receiving it has to be there in person.
- New York taxes apply at checkout.
- The state daily purchase limit commonly cited is 3 ounces of flower or 24 grams of concentrate.
We are not medical professionals and we do not make medical claims. If you take prescription medication, talk to your doctor before using cannabis.
Why Order From a Licensed Dispensary
The Alchemy holds a New York State Office of Cannabis Management adult-use retail license. Licensed product is lab-tested and tracked, and you can confirm any retailer on the OCM list of licensed dispensaries at cannabis.ny.gov. Unlicensed sellers offer none of that.
