What You Need To Order
You must be 21 or older with a valid government photo ID. Under New York law, the person receiving the order has to show ID that matches the order at handoff. New York taxes apply and are added at checkout.
New York sets purchase limits for adult-use cannabis, commonly cited as up to 3 ounces of flower or 24 grams of concentrate per day. In New York, public consumption broadly follows the same rules as the smoking ban, so where you cannot smoke you generally cannot use cannabis.
