Age verification

You must be at least 21 years old to enter this site, order from our menu, or accept a delivery. By using this site you confirm you meet the age requirement. Photo ID is required at every pickup and every delivery without exception.

Orders and availability

Menu items are subject to live inventory. We reserve the right to cancel any order with full refund if a product becomes unavailable after order placement. Prices are inclusive of New York State excise tax.

Payment

We accept debit, ATM, and cash. We do not accept credit cards (federal banking regulation). Online pre-payment uses debit-card processing only.

Delivery

Delivery is available to adults 21+ inside our service area (Manhattan). Photo ID matching the order name is required at delivery. We do not leave cannabis orders unattended. If no qualifying adult is available, the driver returns the order to the store and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Returns and refunds

New York law prohibits the return of opened cannabis products. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 24 hours of purchase with receipt for store credit. Manufacturing defects are handled per the manufacturer's warranty.

Acceptable use

You may not resell products purchased from The Alchemy. You may not use this site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or unsolicited content. We may terminate access for violations.
