Defective Products: In the event that you receive a defective product, you must notify us and bring the product back to the dispensary along with the receipt within 24 hours of the original purchase.

Manager Approval: All potential returns of defective products are subject to review and approval by the on-duty manager. The manager will assess the reported defect and determine if a return or exchange is warranted based on the specific circumstances.
