Age verification

You must be at least 21 years old to enter this site, order from our menu, or accept a delivery. By using this site you confirm you meet the age requirement. Photo ID is required at every pickup and every delivery without exception.

Orders and availability

Menu items are subject to live inventory. We reserve the right to cancel any order with a full refund if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed. New York State taxes apply at checkout.

Delivery

Same-day delivery is available to adults 21 and older in Manhattan. Photo ID matching the order name is required at delivery. We do not leave cannabis orders unattended.

Returns and refunds

New York law prohibits the return of opened cannabis products. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us and we will help resolve it in line with state rules and the manufacturer's warranty.

Acceptable use

You may not resell products purchased from The Alchemy. You may not use this site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or unsolicited content. We may terminate access for violations.
