New York limits how much adult-use cannabis a person can buy in a day, commonly cited as 3 ounces of flower or 24 grams of concentrate. New York taxes apply at checkout.

Credit card payment for cannabis is generally not available because of federal banking rules. The price you pay at checkout includes the taxes that apply under New York law.

New York rules restrict returns of cannabis once it has left the licensed premises. If you receive a product that is defective, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and we will help where we can, working with the manufacturer as needed.

You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Brand assets belonging to the cannabis brands we carry are owned by those brands and used under our agreements with them; using those assets requires the brand owner's permission, not ours.

Cannabis products are sold for adult use only. We make no claim that any cannabis product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Cannabis is not FDA-approved for any medical condition. Information on our website is general education, not medical advice. Talk to a licensed medical professional about specific medical questions. Individual response to cannabis varies from person to person.

These Terms are governed by New York State law. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. Before filing a formal dispute, please email [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Consumer complaints can also be filed with the New York Attorney General's office at ag.ny.gov or with the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection at nyc.gov/dca.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
